Alan Pageau is a French photographer and visual artist who grew up between Brittany and the Pyrenees. He is currently based in southwestern France.

With a wealth of experience in black and white photography, he has been able to deeply connect with his surroundings and, through light, unearth the essence of things. Color is also part of his artistic spectrum, particularly in recent years, as his training as a visual artist has increasingly found expression on the sensitive surface of film.

Alan is currently working on a book and an exhibition documenting his long journey across the Pacific. This exploration of the fascinations, fantasies, and illusions of modern life revisits concepts dear to him (fiction, dreams, and territory).
